Srushti Deshmukh is beginning to prepare for the UPSC entrance in her third year in engineering. After her graduation she started to wonder whether or not she would find satisfaction in a engineering position. When she realized that her desire was fulfilled that she had, she set out to work in civil service. Her parents encouraged to study civil service and pursue an employment in the public sector. Her motivation was to be an IAS officer, and she was focusing on that goal. In order to be a candidate for UPSC the candidate must put in more work. As she studied in her engineering courses She also had to study for different subjects of UPSC. Every day, she set aside time for exam preparation. In less than an entire month, she prepared for her engineering exam and also stayed away from social media. She believes that being focused on the task at hand is the key to passing the exam. Her efforts were arduous to attain her dream of passing the exam at first attempt. To stay informed about current affairs her routine was to go through newspapers. She also got a lot of support online by collecting various study materials and watching Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh authored a second book that was called, The Answer Writing Handbook. The book is available at all libraries of the states of India. It's a must-read for all IAS aspirants rigorously preparing for this test. On their respective Facebook pages, her husband regularly posts information about the couple and the duties they perform.
