Geena Davis
Geena Davis is known as an American producer, actress, writer, and feminist activist. Alongside her many performances in Hollywood she also received critical acclaim in all types of serials on television. Before coming to films she was a fashion model, and was a member of the semi-finalist Team of Women's Archery in Olympics. The musician has been learning the music on the flute and piano since childhood because of her love for music. She played organ at Wareham Church. She relocated in New York City after graduating from Boston University with a degree in drama. It was a long and hard road and work odd jobs for a while before getting a shot in acting. Modeling was her profession throughout her career before making her film debut, 'Tootsie. The movie was released in 1982. She appeared in many television series, and enjoyed an impressive acting career. Actually she took home the Oscar Award with her film "The Accidental Tourist. The Golden Globe Award was awarded to her as well for her work in a US television drama. Reza was her partner. Together, she has three children with him: daughters, sons and a grandchild. She also is active in a variety of social causes.
